The team of experts of HBMC, the consultant in charge of the implementation of the project on strengthening the capacity of civil society to promote sustainable rail transport in Albania held a introductory meeting with the management staff of the Albanian Railways.
After the presentation of the project funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the parties exchanged information, discussed the objectives, expected activities and how the joint work can be optimized.
HBMC experts focused specifically on several elements including: explanation of the project objective and expected results; presentation of how the work is structured within the project in order for all parties to understand their respective roles and responsibilities; the presentation of each of the engaged experts and the role and scope of action.
