Job description: Head of Sector
1.Organizes the work and is responsible for meeting the company’s needs for goods, constructions or services through the organization of tenders in accordance with the requirements of the Albanian Legislation and its implementing acts in force for Public Procurement and their delivery.
2.Has the obligation and responsibilities for the implementation of specific tasks defined in the Legislation in force and in the instructions issued in its implementation.
3.Directs and controls the coordination of work with the Head of the Unit for the implementation of the program of procurement procedures with budgetary funds and internal funds.
4.Presents the register of procurement implementation to the head.
5.Is appointed to duty based on employee recruitment procedures and is dismissed from it by the Company Administrator
Job requirements:
- University degree in Civil Engineering/Economics
- Communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills, to work effectively
- Results-oriented work style, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision
- Computer skills
