The General Assembly, based on Article 135 et seq. Of Law no. 9901, dated 14.04.2008 "On traders and trade companies" as amended as well as the statute of HSH sh.a., is the highest decision maker of the company HSH sh.a.
The rights and obligations of the General Assembly are exercised by the sole shareholder of the company, which is the Albanian State.
The sole shareholder is represented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
