On 22/09/2018, the vocational training course for driver assistants was opened at the Albanian Railways JSC (Hsh).
The opening of the course was attended by the Administrator of the Company Av.MSC. Ani DYRMISHI, Deputy Administrator ING.Sokol Popoçi, Director of Railway Inspection ING.Ahmet Allamani, Director of SIU Klorinda IBRO, etc. The opening speech was given by the Administrator of the Company who expressed the great importance for the reopening of this course after many years in the direction of trains.
According to the applicable legislation of the Railway Code of the Republic of Albania, every Railway Undertaker and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the level of training and qualification of his staff, by controlling their skills. Employees newly hired by rail carriers and infrastructure managers must have completed the relevant vocational training courses organized by the HSH. Regardless of the acquisition of professional ability in school and courses, a period of probation of not less than three months is applied for employment in the sectors of driving and train movement, driving tractors, etc. This probationary period aims at verifying the professional preparation and real training for performing the actions and takes place under the care and supervision of qualified employees who are engineers and equipped with evidence of the profession.
HSH has the responsibility in the preparation of certificates that certify the attendance of the qualification course, training and technical and professional preparation of the railway personnel authorized by the heads of the business units of the Albanian Railway.
The qualification course takes place in the premises of the Albanian Railway. Every Saturday in the period of the IV-rt quarter of 2018 dated 22/09/18 to 22/12/2018 from 10:00 to 14:00.
