In accordance with letter b of point 1 of article 2 and 7 of law No.119/2014 on the right of information a transparency program has been prepared for the Albanian railway society. This program defines the legal framework of the activity of the authority in the framework of the law No.119/2014 “On the right of information”.

This program is evaluated as a concrete way through which the Commercial Society builds and increases transparency in its institutional work, under the guarantee of law No.119/2014 on the right to information.

Albanian Railway will occasionally update the Transparency Program, in accordance with point 2 of article 5 of law No.119/2014 On the Right on information. Legally the deadline for reviewing the transparency program may vary depending on the nature of any public authority but in no case may it be longer than 5 years.

The information made public in this program aims to make the transparency of the work activity of the Public Authority through its detailed reflection on the official website www.ar.com.al as well as in the reception areas of the public. The transparency reflected in the rubrics texts/content ,timeframe for its publication, the manner of making public as well as the relevant structure which produces or administers the document.

In the content of the transparency program, the publication scheme is evidenced ,which reflects the menus where he document is addressed on the official website. In addition, each document is accessible even in the scheme.

The documentation made public will be updated in form and content. The official website of the Albanian Railway is built in a form that provides information to the public without request in easily understandable formats. The sections of the official website also reflect information that is characterized by restrictions on the identification of personal data due to the protection on the privacy of individuals/data subjects ,ext.
