The Supervisory Council consists of 6 (six) members who are appointed by the General Assembly of Shareholders
The duration of their function is 3 (three) years.
Based on the company's Statute, the Supervisory Council chooses among its members 1 (one) Chairman and 1 (one) Deputy Chairman.
