This course started with the support of Deputy. Company Administrator Ing. Sokol Popoci, who has managed the course together with the most experienced engineers of the Albanian Railway, Ing.Nderim Kasa, Ing. Petraq Pando and by Ing. Vullnet Pepellashi, also with driving instructors who have followed the practice.
After the opening of the course for driver assistance after 30 years by the Administrator of the Company Mr. Ani Dyrmyshi, 25 trainees selected according to the criteria set by Regulation 11 for staff training, began the 3-month qualification course, on 22.09.2018.
After the end of the course on 22.12.2018, on 24.12.2018, at 10:00, the ceremony of distributing certificates was organized in the premises of the Albanian Railway sh.a.
The 25 trainees who received the certificate for “driving assistant” are already part of the employees of the Albanian Railways, after all the relevant procedures for starting the employment relationship have been completed.
At the moment that the preparatory phase for “machinist assistant” was successfully passed, the certificate awarding ceremony took place, which in this way “sealed” their acceptance as employees of the Albanian Railways, and then continuing with the procedure of obtaining proof of proficiency from the Directorate of Railway Inspection.
